We need several volunteers to help us distribute marketing materials, assist with media correspondence, assemble performer and VIP packages, call potential sponsors, coordinate sponsor benefits, concessions and vendor logistics, volunteer coordination, and other pre-event assistance.  We appreciate your assistance whether you can volunteer now or just 1 week prior. Here are some categories that we need volunteers for during air show weekend.

• Beer Booths
• Wine Booths
• Merchandise Sales Booths (Legends Over Madera Hats, T-shirts, Souvenir programs and posters)
• Water & Soda Booths
• Parking Lot - Fees Collection
• Admissions – Ticket scanning, ticket sales, gate support
• VIP & Performer Hospitality – registration, maintenance of VIP chalets and Performer areas, Performer assistance, etc.
• Security – gate support, perimeter fence
• First Aid Assistance
• Lost & Found booth
• Media/Press Assistance
• Ground Operations
• Air Show office – field calls, administrative assistance
• Concessions & Vendors – collect applications, insurance and health permits, help with set-up and take down
• Courtesy/Information Booth
• Lost & Found
• Volunteer Services – check in, breaks, water distribution, etc.
• Facilities- set up and take down chairs, tables, etc.
• Transportation – golf cart shuttle service for volunteers, air show leaders, VIP’s, handicapped assistance…
• VIP Parking lot
• Marketing services – hang and take down banners and signs
